We teach Jiu Jitsu from the source I have trained under such icons as the Gracie Family , Team Atos Galvao  and many others. Jiu Jitsu is predominantly ground - based martial art, using the principals of leverage, angles, pressure, and timing as well as knowledge of the human anatomy, in order to achieve a non-violent submission of one's opponent. We train in the self defense and sport aspect

   Our MMA program is set up for men and women that want to pursue fighting in the cage or ring we do not do a MMA Fitness class

Our Striking class is set up for those who want to do it for fitness or to get better with there stand up game with positions ,kicking , punching and defense

The main purpose of Judo are "Maximum Efficiency" and Mutual Welfare and Benefit . The goal of Maximum efficiency teaches the Judoka to use the least amount of physical strength necessary to throw an opponent. This is accomplished by proper use of technique and timing.
